We currently offer two Courier Guy delivery options. Shipping fees are calculated separately from your jewellery order.

Good to know
- Do you ship jewellery across South Africa?
- Yes. We ship with The Courier Guy: Locker to Locker R59 or Locker to Door R79. Shipping is separate from your jewellery total and typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
- How do I pay?
- Checkout is secured by Paystack. Lieverd does not store your card details.
- What if an item is sold out?
- Stock is limited per necklace. If something sells out, it will show as unavailable on the product page until we restock.
- Can I return an item?
- You have a 7-day cooling-off window for electronic transactions where the goods are unused and in original condition. See our Terms for details.
